Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of VeraAge (“the app”), operated by VeraAge LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

1. Not Medical Advice

VeraAge provides wellness information, biological-age estimates and personalized plan suggestions for informational and motivational purposes only. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, stopping or changing any diet, exercise, sleep, supplement or medication routine, including anything you log in the Peptides feature, which is a personal record only and not guidance or endorsement of any substance.

The Wellness tab and Peptides feature are personal records only. They do not recommend, sell or endorse any product or substance, and they do not provide dosing guidance.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use VeraAge. A subscription is linked to the VeraAge account that purchased it. If your Apple Account already has an active VeraAge subscription linked to a different VeraAge account, sign in with that account to use it.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Early Access. VeraAge is currently in an Early Access period in which all features are free. We may introduce paid subscriptions later, and we will tell you in the app before you are charged anything. Features may change during Early Access.

VeraAge Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. Current plans are VeraAge Premium Annual ($39.99 per year) and VeraAge Premium Monthly ($9.99 per month). Prices may vary by region and may include taxes, and we may change them with notice as allowed by Apple's rules.

• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase (or, if you start with a free trial, when the trial ends).
• Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Free trial.New subscribers may be offered a free trial (currently 3 days). A free trial is available once per Apple Account. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the plan's regular price.
• Cancel or manage. Manage or cancel any time in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the app at Profile → About VeraAge → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds. Payments are handled by Apple, and we cannot issue refunds directly. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. Subscription fees for a period already started are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Promotional and Retention Offers

From time to time we may offer introductory, promotional, extended-trial or discounted pricing. Offers are subject to eligibility, are limited to one redemption per offer per user and Apple Account, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. For example:

• Trial extension:if you are in a free trial, we may offer 7 additional free days. You are not charged during the extra days, and the subscription then renews at the plan's regular price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the extended trial.
• 50% off: if you are a paying subscriber, we may offer $19.99 for one year, starting when your current subscription period ends, after which the subscription renews at $39.99 per year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of that year.

The terms shown on the offer screen and in Apple's purchase confirmation apply to each offer.

5. Access When Your Subscription Ends

If your subscription ends, expires or is not renewed, you will not be able to use the app's features until you resubscribe. Your account and saved progress are kept so you can resume if you return, and you can delete your account at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VeraAge to: violate any law; attempt to access another user's account or data; share, resell or circumvent access to a subscription; reverse-engineer or interfere with the app's normal operation; or upload content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes someone else's rights (including meal-scan photos or notes).

7. Biological Age Estimates

Biological age, plan targets and any factors or insights the app shows are estimates generated from a formula based on the information you provide and, where connected, your Apple Health data. They are not clinically validated diagnostic measurements. Results can vary and are not guaranteed to reflect your actual physiological age or health status.

8. Health Data

If you connect Apple Health, you control exactly what is shared through iOS's own permission system at all times. See our Privacy Policy for details on how health data is used and stored.

9. Termination

You may stop using VeraAge and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account (or from the screen shown when your access has ended). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

VeraAge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that biological age estimates will be accurate for your specific circumstances.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeraAge LLC and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on information the app provides.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where your local consumer laws require otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
