By downloading, accessing, or using VeraAge you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
VeraAge is not a medical device. All biological age estimates are calculated from self-reported lifestyle habits and are for informational and motivational purposes only. Do not use VeraAge as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be 13 years of age or older to use VeraAge. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You agree not to attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer or decompile any part of the app, use VeraAge for any unlawful purpose, or interfere with the security or integrity of our systems. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
VeraAge is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any decisions made based on biological age estimates or coaching messages generated by the app. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of VeraAge after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
